Athleta Venice Heathered Pintucked Pant

Five pocket pants (three of which are zippered) with double waistband and vertical front leg seaming. There is a small area of loose stitching in the back waistband, some puckering along the edge of the front waistband, and some light pilling on the inner thighs. Pants are described on tag as heathered but they look solid black to me.
