There is ribbed material on the sides and back of the waistband, and a strip on the sides of the skirt. It is pre-owned, with the bottom hemline undone, but is otherwise in great condition. Great for golf, tennis, pickleball, and everyday wear! Size 2. Shell is 86% polyester and 14% spandex. Inner is 90% polyester and 10% elastane. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, cool iron. Measurements, laying flat: 17 1/2" long, front center, top waistband to bottom hem 13 3/4" wide, across top of waistband 19" wide, 12" below waistband, will stretch to 22"
