Brand new! Never even tried on! Accidentally ordered velvet leggings- I opened the bag, felt that the leggings were velvet and closed it right up. I have no desire to relive the late 80’s, early 90’s because let’s face it I was So, Soooo awkward then and clearly have ptsd triggered by velvet now. My loss your gain!!!
