ju0430 @anniebanannie83 hi added photos!! Waist laying flat is about 13.5. But I’d say since there is both elastic AND a belted tie it could really range. If you use the tie and you’re smaller ( like for instance I’m normally a 26 waist) then it just gives it more of a loose baggy look. But if you’re like a 28 or so there is elastic in the back. Stretched fully the waist measures 16 across. Hope that helps!!
