At The Water Tower Collector Plate COA and Box 1992 Helmut Glossl Artist Germany

From the Bradford exchange, comes this 1992 collector's plate titled "At The Water Tower". It's the sixth issue in the collection called "Off the Main Roads: Romantic Village Views". The original artwork was created exclusively for this collector's plate series by artist Helmut Glassl. The plate measures about 7 3/4" in diameter, and comes in the orignal box with the COA and story booklet (in German). The plate has a stress crack along the back rim (see photos). The box has some residue, stains, tears & dents from age and storage. The COA and pamphlet have minor folds/creases from storage. Note: the plate stand is not included, it was used for photo purposes only.
