At Last Wolf and Badger 18 Turquoise Blue Midi Dress Hi Low Ruffle Bell Sleeve chest 22” waist 21” hips 26” length 54” excellent used condition except for some reason and I don’t know why but the zipper is sewn shut on the outside and I tried to figure it out but it’s either a factory defect or the owner purposefully sewed the zipper shut to make it a pullover. No other flaws found. Possibly fits a smaller size since it doesn’t zip.
