Asymmetrical low-rise black maxi skirt by Isda & Co

Fits like a small. Very drapey and flowy and dramatic, and nearly touches the floor when I wear it (and I'm 5 foot 7), measuring 37 inches long. Measures 14.5 inches across the stretchy waistband and should sit around the hip bones. No flaws; the waistband is supposed to look like that (only stitched at both sides) and doesn't affect the look when worn.
