I'm 5'3 and it fits above the knee. New with tags. I had this in my closet and now it doesn't fit. I have 2 which I ordered the 2nd one by accident and just decided to keep it. Both I've never worn, picture shows it wrinkled, sorry it's been in my closet for a while now. Feel free to ask me any questions :) also this is UK size 12, equivalent to a US 7/8
