Asta Fissler Enamel Cookware Red Tea Kettle w/Lid

Two Piece Asta German Enamelware Tea Kettle. Roughly 7" diameter pot (4" high) with lid, 5.75” handle, holds 9 cups. The pan bottom and exterior are in excellent condition, no chips or signifant scratches. From my research on this brand: Asta enameled cookware was made by the Fissler Company of Germany, who manufactured Asta from 1851 until the 1980's. Asta's products are comprised of steel bodies covered with two coats of porcelain enamel which were then fired. The final step involved firing on a third layer of porcelain enamel which was applied to cover surface ornamentation. Lovely enough to use as table serving pieces.
