Assisi Stitch Bookmark New from Assisi with Wooden Tau 2017

Assisi Stitch Bookmark NIB form Assisi where I purchased it in 2017. I found this wonderful little shop near where I was staying. The owner who was a very nice woman told me of the three generations of her family making beautiful handwork. Although I really didn't need the bookmark, I was so impressed with her desire to keep the shop going that I felt compelled to buy from her. I later returned to her shop in 2019, and purchased wire earring that she had tatted. The bookmark has remained in my gifting drawer since I returned from that trip, and since I am now downsizing, I am passing it on. If you are interested in this bookmark, please read the history that I have attached. It was pricy when I purchased it, but worth every penny to support her multi-generational shop. Also, the bookmark has a tiny "Tau" which is the symbol that St Frances used. It is everywhere in Assisi. Condition is new in a rather tattered bag...from packing in my luggage The book mark is 6 1/2 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide Please ask all questions, prior to purchasing, because I want both of us to be happy. I am passing these items on, only because I see them as very special. Maybe they are only special to me, but I can't help but believe that there are others out there who would like a tiny piece of Assisi. I will be listing more items from my trip, as well as other items that are not of a spiritual nature. I am downsizing and need to empty out my gifting drawer.
