@gmoneychicago hi, I am not sure it would function as a dress, depending on how tall you are and how high the heels. I'll measure it and send the numbers today. if it works I normally ship the same day unless its a weekend but I am normally good at shipping fast. I'll let you know. thanks!

@gmoneychicago ok, so I am 5f 6inches tall and thus fits me mid thigh-high. and then we have the fringe.
so the measurements are
from shoulder to bottom
34 inches w/o fringe
with fringe 38 inches.
shoulder to shoulder 17 inches
(remember this is a bit loose )
bust is 24 inches side to side, once again this cannot be tight. is designed for a loose fit. but it does have 4 inside snap on buttons that could be adjusted if you prefer.
sleeves 24 inches.
back is 18 inches.
