Unique dress perfect for Valentine's Day or any fun night out. Can even be used as a cotton candy costume! 😄 Puffy sleeves with a more fitted skirt. Falls off the right shoulder with a little boning to keep it from exposing you. I'm not really sure what to call this fabric but took pictures as well as I could. Stretchy. Top is lined. It somehow got a couple of stains that are pictured and there's a tiny hole by the left shoulder as pictured. Measurements are approximate and taken flat 19" pit to pit but stretches 17" waist also stretches 35" total length Please ask if you have any questions!
