Asian inspired floral reversible coat pink

Absolutely gorgeous pink floral coat that can be reversed to solid pink. There are no pockets, material or maker tags. There are some slight snags, see photos. Does not detract at all from the piece. Barely noticeable. I don’t know if this is silk or polyester. It’s very silk feeling. Measurements provided in last photo. Please review for accurate sizing. 2127
