This is a nice light weight Asian style cover jacket. It has a quilted style. The shoulder width is 18", arm length is 24", and from the collar down is 37.5". There are no fasteners, zippers or buttons. Please look close at the pictures for further details as they are part of the description.

Hi, as promised, The shoulder width is 18", arm length is 24", and from the collar downis 37.5".
The material is unknown but definitely synthetic like polyester. This appears to be hand made so no tags. I updated the description.
