Originally a long sleeve maxi, this has been altered to become a short sleeve tunic (or even a mini dress, if you're on the shorter side). Armpit-to-armpit measures approximately 19" across one side, and length from shoulder to hem measures approximately 31", lying flat. Small, slightly darker area of velvet under the buttons (see close-up photo); may be a stain, but it's so difficult to see that I had to carefully angle my camera a certain way to capture it. Zipper in the back. Super soft! 90% Polyester, 10% Spandex.
