Asian Characters Wooden Puzzle

These beautiful unique wooden blocks are a puzzle or a matching game but I must admit it is a mystery to me. It was used in my classroom when I was teaching about multi cultural games. However, I unfortunately do not know much about this well made colorful game. I am hoping it can find a home where it can be enjoyed. Box 4
