this top was hard to get the color portrayed accurately in regular light thus the first few photos in a not as well lit room, those most accurately show the color. Vibrant red blouse with elegant ruffle detail. Perfect for a bold statement. The front of the blouse has 8 buttons behind all of those ruffles as well as two buttons on each cuff. The neck area is also ruffled all the way around. It's a very shint vibrant fabric and feels nice on the skin. good for a fancy night on the town or even if you want to be a pirate! it's about 29 inches top to bottom and the sleeves are about 24. this seems to be NWT as the plastic bit is still on the brand label but since the paper tag isn't there i won't label it as such
