As-Is VTG 40s/50s Era Cornflower Blue Short Sleeve Wiggle Dress Bow Like Detail

Fashioned by Allen Peck New York! This is a listing for a vintage cornflower blue wiggle dress. Estimated to be from the 1940’s - 1950’s. May be more 40’s due to placement of side metal zipper. Short sleeve and straight style skirt. This garment has a really unique line and bow like details down the front. Very soft cotton like material (no material noted). Bra strap stays pinned to shoulders. Two little belt loops. Tiny slits on each side. In fair vintage condition and sold as-is. There are some longer strings throughout especially on the inside since this garment appears to be handmade (raw hems). Tear on the inner back collar and wear to some of the white fabric on back of collar. Small little pin hole towards bottom of dress. Snag in dress towards back bottom. One of the snaps on the bra stay needs to be replaced. Visible stitching where hem was worked on and some minor pilling. This dress arrives as is as in you may want to iron down the bow flaps to your liking (some are turned up and down). I have tried to note any flaws to the best of my ability. Please remember some flaws may be hard to catch or notice. Approximate measurements.
