As U Wish dress. Blue with a cute novelty print featuring a button pattern. Lace detail at the shoulders and upper back. Back has decorative buttons down the center. Sheer layer with an attached blue slip dress. Stretch waist. Has loops for a belt but no belt is included. One small flaw shown in fourth photo. New with tags and extra button still attached!
