As Is- Lilly Pulitzer Sparkling Sands Plastic Tote

Second owner and never used. Original owner had quite an experience with this bag. The actual bag is in pretty good shape as the material is a thick pvc plastic. there is one black mark near the top on the backside and 1 handle strap has a couple nicks. Straps will fit on your shoulder. The inside pouch could probably be tossed but i am only including it in case the buyer wants the full set. The pouch is absolutely usable as only an inside liner or pouch but does not look pretty at all. I am guessing something caused the gold finish on the neoprene pouch to recede or peel away. The inside is almost ok. There is no odor or stickiness to it- the gold color has just vanished and looks like a splotchy rash.
