Aruna Seth satin open toed heels with swarovski crystal butterfly

These were bought in 2012 but only worn twice indoors as practice, but never worn outside. Ivory was not a color option on the listing, but these are Ivory satin heels with a rounded and open toe. Swarovski crystal butterfly on the toe. Shoes are in perfect condition other than a very small amount of piling in the back of the right heel as pictured. Size 40 uk size. I am usually a size 10 and these fit perfectly. I put in a pair of heel grippers for free as I noticed my heel would slip out easily without them.
