Artsy cocktail dress

Art deco style printed dress. Zipper back, no stretch at the waist. I love the buckle details on the shoulder. There is a tie attached to the waist for that cinched look. (This is not removable unless you carefully cut it off) Cute cocktail dress, grabbing drinks with the girls, or work event.
