Artsy Boutique Maxi Dress, size Medium, NWOT

This dress is so fun with an artsy pattern and adjustable spaghetti straps, size medium. The dress is 100% polyester and is unbranded. I purchased it for myself but it is too short for my liking. Dress has smocking at the back, new without tags. Pit to pit: 14.5” unstretched but can be stretched to 17”, Length: 53.5” but straps can be adjusted. D2
