Artistic floral sleeveless blouse size XL

I found this extraordinary artsy blouse when I had lost some weight. Sadly I've barely had a chance to wear it. It is an impressionistic painted floral pattern of red, pink, and blue. It has a ruff and a sash around the neck like some kind of 60's artist of Pulcinello clown. It has no sleeves, a loose flowy body, and comes down to an elastic bottom at around the hips. It's unique, gorgeous, flowy, imaginative, arty, romantic, a nice combination of fancy and frou-frou. It is size XL. The nape to bottom is 27", and across the back from pit to pit is 23.5". The material is a silky 100% polyester, gentle cycle wash. The brand is essentials by Milano.
