Artist Signed Ring with Stone on Side Size 7.5

This unusual ring was purchased at a flea market, very pre-loved please see photos for scratches and dings, especially the third photo, signature is Ashleigh, last name is Branstetter, Bronstetter, Bransfether? Appears to also say Steelers S or could be Sterling S? See photos for signatures. Not marked but polished like sterling, I don’t know what the stone is, looks black but has a subtle blue or purple shift, so subtle I couldn’t get a good picture, Size 7.5
