Artisan Handcrafted Silver and Sea Green Statement Necklace, Unique, Fun, Sturdy

This is a beautiful handcrafted necklace that I bought in a local artisan's shop years ago. Unfortunately, I have no idea who the artist is, and I just don't wear it anymore. It is not that heavy, but you can tell it is sturdy. I believe the three drop down points on the necklace are resin in the silver, but I'm not quite sure. They are a sea green color. There is notch about an inch or so down from the clasp. I tried to get a good picture of it, but it's not very noticeable. The clasp works just fine.
