Gorgeous and perfect condition modern yet collectible! Vintage Arthur Wood China Biscuit Barrel in the Imari style. This piece was made in England, as indicated by the "Arthur Wood made in England" stamp found on the bottom. It features the distinctive Imari pattern, characterized by vibrant colors like cobalt blue, rust red, and gold trim, often seen in "Gaudy Welsh" designs. The style suggests it dates from the Art Deco period, roughly 1930s-1940s. These pieces are rising in popularity as collectors items but I bought it because I love it.
