The Record is VG+.  When you run your hand along the edge of the record there are a couple of rough spots at the 7 & 8 o'clock locations.  These spots do not affect the sound.  The Sleeve is VG with ring wear and a tear on the back.  The Inlay is new.  Please see photos.
