Arte by Joung Ho Jin Tulip Skirt Purple Floral Size S/M Nylon Applique Y2K FLAW

Korean brand tulip style skirt. May be vintage not sure. Lace floral applique accent. Fabric feels like nylon kind of like an old school track suit or parachute pants (if you know, you know). Has a side zipper and is lined. The tag is faded so I can't make out a size. Based on the measurements in the photos most likely fits small or medium. Good pre-loved condition however please note the lining is ripped on one side at the seam. Hidden from view since it is the lining. A very easy fix. See last picture.
