The Cameo shows off a mine cut diamond located on the neck of the cameo. Cameo: Good condition/highly carved. Marked twice inside left & right - 14k (Hard to see. I positioned a Magnifying Glass Excellent filigree. The cameo can be heard as it shifts. It's a tiny sound. I did not have it fixed, I wanted the ring kept in Antique condition. As with any Antique/Vintage items there are flaws. This is the only a tiny flaw which can be fixed. History: I purchased 18 years ago from original owner who states ring was past from generation to generation. It stopped at her family she did not have anyone to pass it on to continue the family generation pattern. I felt fortunate I was able to obtain the ring.
