Art Deco Planter-Bowl-Vase-Shawnee Pottery-Mid Century Modern-MCM-Yellow-Fern

The Shawnee Pottery Company produced the "1706" planter, known as the Fernware Window Box Planter in the 1940's to 1950's. It's a nice transitional piece from Art Deco design into Mid Century Modern. You most often see it in green or pink, making the yellow planter a little harder to find. It can be used as a planter, vase, bowl, or stand alone decorative piece making it a very versatile addition to any home. Measurements: Length- 14.25 in Width- 4.75 in Height-3.5 in **Please note…The item featured is not new…it is vintage and therefore may have some of the imperfections that are expected with age and history. There are a couple of tiny flea bite chips under the rim. Difficult to see but can be felt with a fingertip.
