Art Deco Flapper Dress Costume Sequined Beaded Blue

Striking dress looks a bit like s dance costume. Flapper look with sequins and bead design on outer layer, fringe around hem, short cap sleeve design. Pullover with zipper down the side. Very good condition, design looks intact. A couple stray threads at seam. No tag except material tag. Size looks like small to medium, please see measurements.
