Art Deco Antique Higgins Rubberized Lidded Ink Well with Bulbed Dropper

Measures roughly 4” in diameter at base x 3” tall. Body is made of an early form of rubber, and the glass ink bottle is embedded in the rubber. Good structural, functional, and aesthetic condition, with age-appropriate cosmetic surface wear, and a good patina. Sold as pictured.
