I have a brand new never used arris Surfboard cable modem for sale. Modem was opened, but was necer hooked up. comes with everything as stated in the box, and was never used. We were going to use it, and actually switched to something else so there was no need. Modem is 686 mbps. All sales are final, as I do not accept returns of any kind.
