avalonromero It fits a bit looser if youre a true size 4 but because it has a tie waist it becomes adjustable. Smaller bust is preferable if you don't want it tight and the lace hits above the knee/mid thigh. If you're closer to a 6 it will fit tighter and the draw string will be highlight the waist
