Arlington NE Commemorative Centennial Felt Parade Poke Bonnet - 1869 - 1969. The tie ribbon is intact and original and the cardboard banner is mint except for a small amount of tape adhesive? that could probably be removed if you have the right solvent. Beautiful near original condition. Everything is intact and solid. There is a small hole in the brim. There is a small amount of what appears to be tape adhesive on the cardboard banner. The top of the bonnet has a small indentation in the felt towards the front, although this may be the way it is supposed to be. Just trying to be complete in the description. Otherwise almost perfectly mint. Please look at the pictures.
