Cute little mini by Ark & Co. You can zip it all the way up or down! This dress is made for the dance floor. Ruffles and sequins with a satin inset in back. Runs smaller than a large, so I am listing as a Medium, even though tag says L. GUC, Preloved but no major flaws.
