Arizona Brown Faux Leather Suede Fringe Ankle Booties Women’s Sz 10

These are very cute but do have some condition issues to be aware of. They are faux leather and the area around the inside of the ankles is flaking on one boot. Additionally, one boot does have a crack in the sole - does not go all the way across, but almost (see photos). Boots are otherwise in good condition.
