Hi! So since they are adjustable sweatpants with a stretchy waist band & also meant to be a baggy style it’s hard to say an exact size, it would fit a pretty good range depending on how you want them to fit. Im a size 8 in jeans at Abercrombie / size 8 or medium in lululemon and they fit me baggy
