It’s made with Hi-Gloss — water-repellent and wind-resistant taffeta from France with a glossy finish and a soft feel. Good pre-owned condition; lightly worn. The middle of the seams on the cuffs popped and were repaired, though slightly loosely. There is also some light material wear to the cuffs. The puffer portion of the jacket is without damage.
