robyndlevin @leliian I actually got it at full price and wouldn't want to go much lower! If it's still on the site for that price I'd recommend getting it from there -- It really is an awesome coat and WAY worth the money! (I hope that doesn't come across as snarky -- I really can't go that low, but if you can afford to get it from them at 130, that's a great deal for two coats in one, and they're both really great!!!). robyndlevin @lmthayer if I remember correctly, it doesn't cover my butt and I'm 5'4". I haven't put it on in a long time and I'm visiting family through thanksgiving. When I get home next week I'll put it on again and message you if it's below-the-butt. (I would have put up pics of it on me but I'm a garbage photographer. Think Martha Stewart food pics bad)

robyndlevin @shawn77 I don't think there's a furry attachment on the front of the hood :-( if you google 3-in-1 Griffith Parka you should find more details and lots of images. I'm at my parents place out of state and get home tomorrow -- I can look at the jacket then and give you all the details!

shawn77 Ohhhh, yes. I see- the buttons are for the shell. I think this might be too warm for what I need. I have down jackets and wool, but nothing for this weird in between weather we've been having in Chicago:/ thank you though!

robyndlevin @shawn77 I will say that I was living Colorado when I bought it, and this coat was perfect because the lining detaches into such a cute, lighter coat - which makes it excellent for the weird ups and downs of middle of the country weather (although CO definitely doesn't get the same polar vortex nonsense of Chicago!) If I hadn't suddenly moved to California it would definitely be a staple.
