Pre-owned and in good used condition. No major flaws. The only thing i noticed was that when wearing white socks the inner lining slightly sheds onto your socks. Outer part of boot and sole are excellent. Double velcro straps. Rubber foot portion, suede upper. Water proof! Smoke free home, these have been stored indoors and are mildew/must FREE!!! bigtcody they are rubber sole, leather foot and suede shaft? do the velcro shafts allow you close snuggly for a normal calf? i am just having a hard time seeing everything clearly in the photos.

abnalley @bigtcody hi, no worries i will clear some of your questions up for you! They are rubber soles with leather at the foot portion and then suede shaft. The double velcro straps allow the boots to be tightened (the design allows the suede to slightly fold in or crease when tightened) this allows for it not to bunch. Hope this helps!

egirl2u Last picture showing the soles looks like a large piece is missing from one of the soles - possible to upload better pics of the soles and heels? Funny, you are listing another pair of boots where I asked the same question! I think in editing out the background of your pictures, you are removing parts of the shoes.
