I’m not seeing the fabric content tag these feel like a heavyweight Cotton, but they have some stretched through the leg They appear new/more Waist is 32 inches Inseam 7 inches Rise 8 inches All over light stretch The waistband says size 28 but when I measure from side to side, it is definitely 32 inches. I’m thinking that’s why they were not warned. They may have been sized incorrectly.
