@bijouxjill I’ve been trying on boots for a few weeks now, I think it’s a boots thing and specifically the way to tow comes to a point … I’m a 41 sometimes. In designer shoes a 42 but will be buying a 11 in cowboy boots. Most of the company websites also have a very specific measurement for their sizes in inches.

Boots are definitely one of the trickiest things to fit onto the feet and the maker/designer!s of the really fancy ones never run anything alike. This is why I try on men’s cowboy boots for myself as well , especially when they have those pointy toes!!! I wear size 11 in most shoes but usually men’s 9 will fit me well, or 9 1/2 depending on the maker
