Argyle Flow Blue Lunchen Plate

The product in the image is a Johnson Brothers "Argyle" Flow Blue plate. The "Flow Blue" style of porcelain and white earthenware originated in England in the 1820s.  The "Argyle" pattern features a deep blue design with a scalloped, embossed edge.  This pattern was made by several manufacturers, including Johnson Brothers and W.H. Grindley.  Pieces in the "Argyle" pattern are considered antique and can be found on various online marketplaces. There are mold marks on the back of plate. A Small chip on the underside of rim.
