@bklong99645 I really don't know how to tell but I added pictures of them on the tightest and most loose holes on the buckle and there are 3 holes so you can buckle it in the middle of those measurements as well. I hope this helps. Thank you. If you have any other questions let me know.

The boots do not say they are wide calf anywhere so I don't think that they are.
