Arden B. Black poncho jacket with tie at the waist

Beautiful Arden B. Poncho- jacket. Size: Small This has a slight ruffle at the neck, white piping stitching on the boarders. Very dramatic and sheik billowy arms. Buttons are original and in tact very firmly. I may have worn this twice but I’m thinking only once. This closes at my waist in terms of length and I am 5’7” in height. 90% wool 10% polyester
