Size M in mens, but I bought this to wear instead of the women’s version because I found it be less tight and more comfortable (Arc’teryx runs slim/narrow). Very comfortable and warm I am 5’4, 127lbs with a 27” waist and this fits very comfortably! Could easily fit someone slightly smaller/larger as well.
