what's the mark on the torso and what was used to fix the hem?

@davebenton the white mark is the gore-tex membrane, part of a old patch. it's not going anywhere. it's reinforced on the back side of the pocket.its fully waterproof. I repaired the hem with "gorilla glue clear grip," because it stays pliable. I've washed the jacket since repairing it with no issue. the forever gore-tex waterproofing is still solid. Great beater shell, and made in Canada!

@blueburger79 hell yeah, nice to know that works for the hem. that's a great looking shell, hardly a beater! at that price I wouldn't feel bad about treating it like a beater though😎. and still beads like a champ!

@davebenton yeah, gorilla glue clear grip contact adhesive, it's become my go to for boots, jackets etc.
