Aratta Green Floral Ruffle Blouse

Chic green blouse (tunic length) (could almost be a dress?) with vibrant floral patterns. Features ruffled sleeves and a V-neckline, front and back. Fully lined! Embroidered! Swiss dot! A few flowers are in blue and white sequins. This top is gorgeous in person! I believe it is a sample piece, bummed it was too snug on my bust. Pit to pit is about 16”, can stretch to 17” tightly, no stretch. Shoulder to hem is about 31”. Shell and lining 100% viscose Made in India Dry clean only
